Renault Sport Formula One Team ouvre son compteur 2018 en plaçant Nico Hülkenberg et Carlos Sainz dans le top 10 du Grand Prix d’Australie. Septième sur la grille, Nico termine à la même position, tandis que Carlos est dixième après s’être élancé de la neuvième place. Les deux pilotes ont appliqué une stratégie à un arrêt lors d’une course à l’issue de laquelle pour la première fois, toutes les monoplaces propulsées par Renault terminent dans les points.
Renault Sport Formula One Team opened up its 2018 account with both Nico Hülkenberg and Carlos Sainz finishing in the top ten in today’s Australian Grand Prix. Nico started from P7 on the grid and finished in that same position whilst Carlos started ninth and finished tenth. Both drivers ran to a one-stop strategy in a race where all the Renault-powered cars finished in the top ten.
