In recognition of Renault Pro+ becoming the official logistics partner to the Renault Sport Formula One Team, Renault has launched Formula Edition versions of the Kangoo, Trafic and Master. The Formula Edition range was unveiled at the CV show in April and orders open today.

A striking colour scheme adds highlights in the Formula One car’s yellow against Pearlescent Black or Star Grey body colour. The grille, fog light coverings and Renault diamond surround are black with Yellow Sirius highlights providing an eye-catching pop of colour. Exclusive to the Formula Edition, the range’s black alloy wheels have a Yellow Sirius centre matching the rest of the exterior.

To the interior, the Formula Editions add the Luxe Pack which provides Trafic with a leather gear knob, satin radio and speaker surrounds, gloss black air vent surrounds with chrome ring, chrome interior door handles and closed storage on the dashboard. On the Master, the Luxe Pack instead provides chrome dial surrounds, satin air vent surrounds, closed storage on the dashboard and a higher quality feel to the central dashboard. A leather steering wheel is available on Kangoo and Trafic, whilst cruise control and special Formula Edition floor mats are available on the whole range.

Equipment is based on Business+ trim, which provides comprehensive safety and security features, manual air conditioning with a pollen filter, DAB radio, Bluetooth®, and USB and a multi-functional trip computer.

The Renault Sport Formula One team’s Master, Trafic and Kangoo vans are used to deliver essential parts for its race machines, and Crew Vans provide transport for team members, during European race weekends. Time is always critical, and the team can rely on its fleet of Renault vans to perform with optimum efficiency.

Technical advances developed for the Formula One track have also migrated into Renault’s range of road vehicles. As a result, its vans benefit from features such as reinforced aluminium pistons, regenerative braking and aerodynamic design to improve their power and fuel economy.

In the UK, all Renault LCVs are available with four years’/100,000 mile warranty and four years’ roadside assistance, providing the ultimate peace of mind.

Renault’s Pro+ brand offers vans to suit businesses of all sizes supported by a network of specialised dealerships. These outlets meet commitments including specialised sales and aftersales advisors for commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicle test drives are available without an appointment, and quotations are given within 48 hours, including for converted vehicles. A diagnosis is guaranteed within the hour and a van, or van-replacement vehicle, are supplied if necessary to keep businesses on the move.

In the UK, Renault had its best ever year for LCV sales in 2016 with 25,773 vehicles. In the first half of 2017, Renault registered 11,121 LCVs.
